Tip van SimonHedera is een van de meest betrouwbare bodembedekkers die er is. Perfect als bodembedekker, langs een muur, over een helling of als rand langs de vijver. Plant hem op een schaduwrijke tot halfschaduwrijke plek en geef hem de tijd om te wortelen. Daarna groeit hij vanzelf verder en hoef je er nauwelijks naar om te kijken.
About this product
Ivy is one of the most versatile and hardy garden plants there is. Along the edge of the pond, Hedera quickly covers bare spots, grows between stones, and forms a dense green carpet that suppresses weeds. Its trailing branches drape beautifully over the banks and rockeries, giving the transition between the garden and the pond a natural and polished look.
What makes this product special
Het pakket bevat 24 Hedera in P9 potten, geleverd op circa 25 tot 40 cm. De Hedera is effen donkergroen van kleur en groeit snel tot een dichte bodembedekker. Met circa 5 planten per m2 dekt dit pakket van 24 planten ongeveer 2,5 m2 af. Hedera is groenblijvend en houdt het hele jaar zijn blad, wat de vijverrand ook in de winter aantrekkelijk houdt. Volledig winterhard en geschikt voor schaduw tot halfschaduw.

Last year, I had a landscaper install a plant filter in my swimming pond, and he recommended lava rock and some plants from the local garden center. Unfortunately, it all went wrong; the plants died one by one, and I ended up with an algae infestation.
