Oxygen plants were dead on arrival. Warranty will not be honored because I would not have cared for them properly!?!! While they were black and dead from the beginning. Other plants were ok. Fortunately I received a positive mail that the oxygen plants will be replaced. Thank you

I had ordered a red dwarf water lily online, perfect delivery. Turned out when the lily started flowering it was not the requested color. Very professionally resolved within the hour of my contact! Correct lily shipped immediately + an extra gift as an apology. Fantastic customer service!

3 times ordered and to all satisfaction. 1 lily would not grow and to mail with photos on the same day response. neatly resolved with a new lily and a credit of 10 euros. Super service more than expected.

A first patio pond is fun and exciting to experiment with. With the help of the excellent, involved support, the plants from the mini kit have come to life. Thanks to the addition of extra bacteria, I can now easily see a frog swimming in the mini pond. Thanks to Britt for her good advice. Also, the delivery is careful and fast.

Ordered over 100 plants last year. Stuck with DHL for 3 weeks and arrived wilted. They would make it was the answer. I planted everything, but the plants went weak into the winter. Some of the plants did not return. Now that I report this again, it is no longer covered under the warranty. If your shipment arrives in poor condition, so don't accept it, no matter what vdvelde says about it.

I see a lot of comments here about small plants etc that do not grow well well then you are doing something wrong, I have also bought these small plants and recently bought more what I have planted in previous years I can not keep up anymore I have to regularly remove plants because they grow too fast Also the bacteria are a top product all year round a clean pond, I use no substrate and no pond soil so I have my own methods for the plants 😉 now in happy expectation on the mussels Here was also a problem with the delivery they have informed me immediately and communication is really top

Excellent quality, bought 5 crab shears last year among others which have now tripled in size and are blooming beautifully. Everything nicely packed with nice and clear advice booklets. My last order was shipped the same day but unfortunately DHL dropped a few stitches so the package was a week in transit. Because everything was so well packed it could have trip of a week. Good communication about this with customer service. I am a satisfied customer:-)
