Pond bacteria for biological balance
Simon van der Velde (pond specialist and aquatic plant grower since 1986) does not do water testing, and has already built thousands of ponds without the use of expensive pumps, filters and water improvers such as GH plus. After all, we don't do this in nature either.
In now more than 35 years Simon has built thousands of ponds in a natural way. In a natural pond without liner, you can easily achieve clear biological balance with only hardy pond plants. For a pond with pond liner or a pond container, only 2 additional things are needed, namely: 1. pond substrate (pond bottom to which bacteria can attach) and 2. The right pond bacteria.
Why Bacta Clear pond bacteria?
There are now hundreds of different types of bacteria on the Internet, leaving many unsure which are now the right bacteria for the pond. Simon found a solution to the hundreds of different bacteria found on the Internet. He developed his own pond bacteria that contains not one, but two different types of bacteria needed to balance the pond. You no longer need additional products and save on the annual cost of unnecessary water testing. Best of all, Bacta Clear is 100% environmentally friendly and not harmful to humans, plants or animals.
How often to add bacteria in the pond?
Adding is easy, just 2 times a year: one in the spring (March/April) and once in the fall (late August/September)
How do I use Bacta Clear?
Pour 1 bottle of Bacta Clear (good for up to 20,000 liters of water) directly into the pond. After opening the bottle, the bacteria have a limited shelf life. It is best to empty the entire bottle into the water at once, even if you only have a small pond or a mini pond.
Effect of Bacta Clear bacteria
Pond bacteria ensure clear water and better growth of aquatic plants. Excess fish food, droppings, rotting leaves and dead algae cause a dirty layer of debris in the form of goo and sludge at the bottom of your pond. Bacta Clear contains the right bacteria and enzymes that will "eat" your dirty bottom layer. Use 1 liter from 1,000 liters of water up to a maximum of 20,000 liters of water.

When will I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 1 to 2 business days, if items are immediately in stock. Items not in stock take a little longer to arrive. We make every effort to meet the promised delivery time. If this unexpectedly fails, we will notify you. After your order you will receive a track & trace code. Keep an eye on it for the most current information.
By whom is delivery performed?
We work together with the delivery service DHL. As soon as your order leaves our door, you will receive a track & trace code with which you can track your package. DHL makes an attempt to deliver the package on the indicated shipping date. Are you not at home? Then the deliverer will try to deliver the package to the neighbors. If this also fails, the package will be taken to the nearest DHL service point. Here it remains for you to pick up for 5 days. DHL always leaves a bill with instructions. Also via the track & trace code you can see where your package can be picked up.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a track & trace code (DHL). Through this code you will find the most current status of your order.

Do I have a warranty on my plants?
Our plants are grown with the utmost care. Special attention is paid to the development and growth of the plant. When packing your order, quality control also takes place. So you can be sure that the plants you purchase from us are core healthy.
Did you receive plants and you are not sure about the quality? Please let us know within 48h after delivery, using this form. Enclose a photo so that we can look at the plants with you and advise you. If it turns out that the plants really are not of good quality, we will of course guarantee your purchase.

Organic farming
All our plants are organically fertilized at the nursery and grown without pesticides. After this, the plants are put into rest (hibernation). As a result, the plants do not begin their growth process until they are placed in the pond.

My pond is a small world full of biodiversity.
