What is hornwort?
Hornleaf, also called Ceratophyllum Demersum, is a native aquatic plant species whose purpose is to release oxygen to the water in the pond. Because hornwort is an aquatic plant that grows very quickly, your pond will immediately benefit from the oxygen release the plant gives to the water!
What types of hornwort are there?
There are 2 types of hornwort, namely coarse hornwort and fine hornwort. There is no difference between these 2 pond plants in terms of function. The only difference is in the appearance of the aquatic plant. Coarse hornwort, as the name suggests, has broader and coarser stems than fine hornwort.
How do you plant hornwort?
Hornleaf does not need to be planted in a special way, all you need to do is to lay down the stem of hornleaf in the water.
