Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for someone who can start right away, is willing to commit to us long-term, and enjoys working on-site as part of a friendly team. After 1.5 years, a permanent contract will be waiting for you.
Salary: €2,800 – €3,500 gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your experience.
Let's do it 💪
- Provide fast and professional assistance to customers via email and AI tools.
- Improve AI scripts and make automated responses smarter.
- Identifying opportunities to provide even better support to customers through natural solutions.
- Liaise directly with logistics, purchasing, and the nursery as needed.
- A training period of approximately 3 months, during which you’ll get to know our products and work processes thoroughly. As part of this, you’ll spend a few hours working in the packing department for a short period. This is the only way you can truly help our customers.
- Even during quiet periods at customer service, you’re happy to pitch in on the shop floor. This keeps you versatile and involved in the entire process.
Get 💶
- Salary: €2,800 – €3,500 gross per month, depending on your experience.
- 21 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment).
- +/- 8% vacation pay.
- Regular working hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

- Permanent contract after 1.5 years.
- Career opportunities: You’ll start by working directly with customers, which will give you a chance to really get to know our products and clients. From there, you can move on to roles such as online marketer, graphic designer, or product developer, if that interests you.
