Returns and cancellations

Unfortunately cancellation is often no longer possible, this is due to our fast processing time because we work with live products. As soon as an order comes in, we immediately schedule it at our nursery. Because of the nature of our products - live plants - and our commitment to ensuring quality, we maintain a fast processing time for orders.

However, I would ask you to accept the package when it is delivered. If you refuse the package upon delivery, you will be charged high fees, part of which will be your responsibility. This, of course, is not desirable. In the case of plants, unfortunately we can only refund a small portion of the value. Live plants often do not survive the return shipment.

We are sorry to hear that you wish to return your product. If something is wrong with the delivery, please let us know within 72 hours of receipt, preferably with a photo. We will then always offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement item. From a sustainability perspective, we try to minimize returns by offering alternatives, especially since plants cannot be returned.

Returning hardware (not plants):

  • Hardware items may be returned within 14 days of receipt with a return label provided by us. If you choose to return the package at your own expense, this cost will not be refunded.
  • Please ensure that the original packaging remains undamaged and free of description, stickers, or unnecessary tape/adhesive tape. For damaged packaging due to improper use, we may charge a damage fee, which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • Please attach a completed return form to your shipment and email a copy to us to create a shipping label. The return form can be found in the attachment or downloaded from our help center:

For incorrect or damaged deliveries:

If we have delivered wrong or damaged products, we do not charge a return fee. In these cases, we will send a replacement.

Return conditions:

  • Plants and other products that may spoil within 14 days cannot be returned. If you have any doubts about the quality of the plants, please contact us at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with a photo of the delivery. We offer a grow and bloom guarantee and always look for a suitable solution.
  • Non-live products may be returned within 14 days provided they are complete and unopened. Defective products within the warranty period can be returned according to the instructions provided.

Return cost:

Upon receipt of your return, we will deduct €10 processing fee from the refundable amount. Plants are destroyed in an environmentally friendly way because we do not sell second-hand plants; in this case we refund 50% of the original order value. Where possible, we offer a solution without having to return the product.

Once we have received and processed your return, we aim to refund you within a maximum of 14 days. Please note that in some cases €10 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping and administrative costs. If it is a damaged product, you do not have to return it and we will provide a suitable solution.
