Ordering at vdvelde.com is easy and safe. For most products: ordered today before the indicated time, is shipped the same day. Once you start the checkout process you will enter a secure internet environment. This way, others do not get the chance to watch and you can safely and quickly checkout your shopping cart.

Don't see an order in your account and has it been more than 45 minutes since you ordered? If so, please contact our customer service team. We will be happy to check for you if the order has gone through and make sure it is still sent to our packing team if necessary.

No, we never attach an invoice to the order itself. Therefore, if the order is a gift, you can feel free to have it sent directly to the recipient. We always send the invoice to the e-mail address known to us.

After placing your order, you will receive the invoice by email.

We also keep your invoice in your account, so you can easily view it at any time and print it as often as needed.

Yes, you can! When placing your order, choose Klarna as your payment option. This allows you to pay afterwards, after you have received the item.

    Pay quickly and securely through your own PayPal account. During checkout, you will be redirected to the PayPal environment to complete the payment.
  4. Bancontact / Mister Cash
    For Belgian customers: Pay safely through your own banking environment. The amount will be debited immediately, and we will ship your order immediately.
  5. Klarna (pay afterwards)
    Receive your order first, and pay within 30 days. Perfect if you want to try the product first. You can easily pay online or via the Klarna app, with no interest or additional fees.

However, it is not always possible to match every price. We consider each price adjustment carefully, taking into account the specifics of each product.

Gateway fees are fees applied to certain payment methods. When you choose a payment method that requires us as the seller to pay a commission to the payment provider (such as PayPal, Klarna, or other payment options), these fees are passed on.

To share the costs fairly, we charge this fee to the customer. Payment by credit card is always free with us. If you choose another payment method that incurs additional costs, you will see these listed as "Gateway fee" on your invoice.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a personalized card to your order. We understand that this is sometimes desired, for example with a gift shipment, but at this time we do not offer this service.

Unfortunately, we do not offer options to customize products. What is on our website is exactly what we offer. Therefore, it is not possible to personalize packages, order smaller quantities or buy only part of a package. We hope you will find something in our current assortment that meets your needs!
