Products that may spoil within the cooling-off period (14 days), such as our plants, cannot be returned. It is not possible to dissolve the contract. If you have any doubts about the quality of the plants, please contact customer service within 48h after delivery using this form. Send a photo of the delivery for completeness. Then we can deal with your question faster. We offer a growth and flowering guarantee, so we always find a suitable solution.
All non-live products can be returned within 14 days, as long as the item is complete and unopened. Also, if the product is defective within the warranty period, you can return the item. How to return these items can be found here.
Only non-live products can be returned to us within 14 days without giving a reason.
In this case, please contact customer service to register a return via this request form. Upon your request, you will receive a return number and further information about the return. Don't forget to fill in the return number on the return form for quick processing of the return. If the return number and/or return form are missing, we cannot process your request.
Once the package is ready for return, you can drop it off at a DHL service point. We do not refund the return costs.

Return Policy: We expect careful handling of packaging and packing materials. Products delivered in a box should also be returned in a box so that the original packaging of the product remains free of description, stickering or unnecessary tape/adhesive tape. For returned products whose packaging has been unnecessarily damaged by description, sticker or unnecessary tape/adhesive tape, we will charge a damage fee that will be deducted from the amount to be refunded by us.

No this is not possible because the moment an order is placed, it is immediately scheduled to be taken out of the nursery for collection and inspection. Once the order is in the ordering process, cancellation is unfortunately not possible.
